Willie Mac

Head of Broadcasting is one of the most involved and time consuming roles on the station management team.  Providing a vital link between the Board of Directors, presenters and the Broadcast Committee, the Head of Broadcasting deals with all aspects of ensuring we have material to broadcast 24 hours a day.  From schedulling to recruiting and training new presenters, this is one of the most important volunteer roles at the station.

Willie Mac is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced community radio presenters on the station.  He has introduced many of the younger presenters to radio whilst working with many of the more experienced members of the team for many years.  Presenting a Saturday morning show from 10:00 am to noon, he is a well respected member of the team.

Wille is also a succesful businessman running a local construction company.  In addition to his broadcasting skills, he brings this experience to help the company's Board fo Directors.  Somehow he balances all this with his family commitments and can often be found at Gravity Towers with his eldest sons.
